Membership Information + Application

Joining Fort Washington Pool is now simpler and more streamlined.

Beginning with the 2026 season, all memberships, including maintenance fees for shares, will start with an online application through our new membership system. After completing the application, members may either submit payment online or mail payment to our PO Box. Once both the application and payment have been received, the membership will be reviewed by our team.

After approval, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions to upload photos for each member of your household. Once that process is complete, you will add your QR code into your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet to be used for entry. If you are unable or uncomfortable with this, you are also able to use your Member Number when you arrive at the pool.

Starting in 2026, pool entry will include scanning at the front deck. QR codes can be saved to your phone and will be used for member check-in, similar to a gym or library card system. You can also tell the front desk your family member number for manual check-in.

All Members need to be fully paid before access to the facilities will be granted.

How to Join for 2026

  1. Complete the online membership application
    Enter your household information through our new membership software.

  2. Submit payment
    You may either pay online through the system or mail your payment to the FWPA PO Box.

  3. Application review
    Once your application and payment have been received, your membership will be reviewed.

  4. Confirmation email
    After approval, you will receive a confirmation email with your membership details.

  5. Receive your QR code
    Once your application is complete and approved, you will be sent your individual member QR codes that can be saved to your Apple or Google Wallet.

  6. Scan in at the front desk
    Beginning in 2026, pool entry will include scanning at the front deck using your QR code.

    Please note: Memberships are not complete until both the application and payment have been received, reviewed and approved. Full payment must be recieved prior to accessing to the pool.
