Membership Information + Application

Joining Fort Washington Pool is now simpler and more streamlined.

Beginning with the 2026 season, all memberships, including maintenance fees for shares, will start with an online application through our new membership system. After completing the application, members may either submit payment online or mail payment to our PO Box. Once both the application and payment have been received, the membership will be reviewed by our team.

After approval, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions to upload photos for each member of your household. Once that process is complete, you will add your key tag into your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet to be used for entry. If you are unable or uncomfortable with this, you are also able to use your Member Number when you arrive at the pool.

Starting in 2026, pool entry will include scanning at the front deck. These key tags will be used for member check-in, similar to a gym or library card system.

All Members need to be fully paid before access to the facilities will be granted.

How to Join for 2026

  1. Complete the online membership application
    Enter your household information through our new membership software.

  2. Submit payment
    You may either pay online through the system or mail your payment to the FWPA PO Box.

  3. Application review
    Once your application and payment have been received, your membership will be reviewed.

  4. Confirmation email
    After approval, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions to upload photos for all household members.

  5. Receive your key tags
    Once your application is complete and approved, your household key tags will be able to be added to your Apple or Google Wallet. If you are unable or uncomfortable with this, you can give your membership number at the desk upon arrival at the pool.

  6. Scan in at the front desk
    Beginning in 2026, pool entry will include scanning at the front deck using your household key tags.
